GAME PROTEST REPORT INSTRUCTIONS:
One (1) Game Protest Report shall be completed for each game that is being protested.
Game Protest Report must be completed in its entirety for the protest to be valid.
Completed Game Protest Reports shall be forwarded to the Tri-T President within forty-eight (48) hours of a game being protested.
NO PROTEST SHALL EVER BE PERMITTED ON JUDGMENT DECISIONS BY AN UMPIRE.
